The Position : Our Client is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

• $115,000 - $125,000 Base Salary
• Sign On Bonus

Requirements:

• Current Arizona License Required
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification

Responsibilities:

• 4 or 5 Day Work Week Available
• 18 - 20 Patients Per Day
• No Calls
• No Weekends
• Full Support Staff
