🏗️ Facilities Laborer I

📍 Location: Fort Collins, CO

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

💵 Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re hiring a Facilities Laborer I to join our team! This position is hands-on and supports a wide range of building, grounds, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and eager to contribute to the upkeep of our facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklifts to assist with company needs
• Perform building renovations, drywall repair, plastering, and painting (inside & outside)
• Assemble and install racking, cabinets, shelving, and support equipment
• Handle exterior grounds care (mowing, snow removal, trimming, landscaping, parking lot maintenance)
• Support office moves and assemble/disassemble office equipment
• Assist IT with basic cabling or equipment setup as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift operating experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with manufacturing-based technology, processes, and principles
• Experience operating and repairing lawn care equipment
• Background in maintaining exterior commercial property grounds
