Dental Assistant (EFDA) 

 Location: Garrett B. Lyons, DDS – Montchanin, DE 

 Schedule: Monday through Wednesday from 7:30am to 5:00pm | Thursdays from 7:30am to 3:00pm

 Pay: $31–$34/hour

If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment while making them feel at ease
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques
• Set up treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety standards
• Handle lab tasks and explain post-op instructions to patients
• Keep accurate and organized patient records and treatment notes
• Pitch in with scheduling and general office support when needed
• Perform expanded functions like coronal polishing if certified

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience
• EFDA certification is required
• X-ray/radiology certified
• Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
• Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented
