Your New Role
This small design firm is looking for an Executive Assistant with utmost professionalism to work directly with their President to keep priorities aligned and operations moving forward.
In this role, you’ll handle high-level administrative support with a discreet, poised approach. Your duties will include managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, and handling a mix of professional and personal tasks. Within this small but mighty firm, you’ll get an inside look into the company’s passionate approach to their craft.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their polish, has a strong intuition, and an appreciation for art and nature.
This is a fully onsite position in Tigard.
