We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from initial stages through execution
Support event logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations
Help prepare event materials, documentation, and timelines
Ensure events align with company standards and objectives
Provide general administrative and operational support related to events
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
