We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and align with our clients' goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events

• Manage event staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth execution

• Create detailed event proposals and timelines for clients and internal teams

• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within budget

• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide reports to management
