Our showroom in the New York Design Center serves interior designers, architects, and private clients who value exceptional design and craftsmanship. The Role We are looking for an organized and creative Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our Principal Director with daily marketing operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage social media, email campaigns, online inventory, and showroom support in a luxury retail environment with an open layout. This is an in-person, full time, client-facing position, ideal for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the high-end interiors industry. Key Responsibilities Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Design and send weekly email campaigns using Mailchimp Manage online product listings (1stdibs, Incollect, company website) and keep inventory up to date Assist with content creation: photography, video, and graphic design for marketing materials Monitor SEO and web traffic; suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement Provide showroom support and exceptional customer service to visiting designers and clients Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill marketing and visual content requests Requirements ~1+ year of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation ~ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) ~ Proficiency with social media tools, email marketing (Mailchimp or similar), and basic SEO ~ Experience with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) ~ Comfortable using Mac and familiar with Google Analytics, AdWords, and e-commerce platforms ~ Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ~ Interest in interior design, art, or luxury home products Why Join Us?
