Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and products, competition, and market conditions
- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers
Qualifications:
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A desire to succeed
