Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise packages
Provide personalized cruise recommendations based on client interests
Manage reservations, itineraries, and upgrades
Stay informed on cruise line promotions, ports of call, and travel policies
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on post-cruise experiences
