Job Description

Streib Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects.

2. Develop project schedules and budgets.

3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure necessary equipment and materials for project execution.

4. Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to team members, managers, and clients.

5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and develop mitigation strategies.

6. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project.

7. Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.

8. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.

9. Embrace positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate effective project collaboration.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Project Manager, preferably in the Electrical Field.

2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

3. Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and deliver results within budget.
