Duties include, but not limited to:  

· Wash dishes and sheet trays using a 3-compartment sink and an automatic dishwasher

· Putting dishes away after they’re dry 

· Work in an organized, clean, and helpful manner

· Demonstrate ability to thoroughly and carefully clean

· Wipe, sweep, mop surfaces 

· Demonstrate basic kitchen safety

· Take direct instruction or feedback from your manager and adjust accordingly

· Identify and report issues proactively to your manager

Prerequisites and Requirements:   

· Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent 

· Produce a valid ID and food handling certification 

· Prior kitchen experience is a plus 

· Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours 

· Maintain a positive attitude despite difficult working conditions (long hours, physical demands)

· Demonstrate efficient time management and general reliability

· Learn quickly and demonstrate independence and critical thinking skills

· Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills

· Must be able to reliably get to and from work

· Must be willing and able to work long shifts and stay until all tasks are complete 

· Solve problems efficiently and ask questions when in doubt 

Position Specifics : 

· part-time positions available 

· Compensation at $15 an hour

· Opportunities for advancement in the team may become available 

· Time off must be requested two weeks prior to planned absence

· Quality of work – Dishes are cleaned thoroughly

· Shift Efficiency - Accomplishes shift tasks quickly, according to optimal workflow assigned by Manager

· Completion of Shift – Checks out with manager at end of shift
