Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations for multiple full service restaurant concepts, including opening/closing procedures, SOPs, guest experience, service standards, reservations, guest flow, and service pacing
• Oversee multiple locations and its managerial oversight on P&L, budgeting, labor, inventory, and cost control initiatives to ensure profitability 
• Exercise skills in guest engagement, resolution and ensuing a consistently high-quality experience
• Recruit, hire, onboard and train Managers and hourly teams when needed to meet staffing requirements; create and develop management training programs
• Collaborate with all departments including Business Development, Media, Human Resources and Finance to ensure best practices are established and adhered to in the Full Service vertical
• Mentor restaurant management teams to uphold the highest levels of professionalism and performance
• Create and maintain location communication streams that ensure the proper visibility and procedures to address any gaps in standards of excellence
• Implement systems and SOPs to drive operational efficiency and consistency
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and back-of-house team

• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture - prioritizing accountability, professionalism, and an inviting environment

Required skills and expertise:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-end, full service concepts, multi-location management desired
• Experience in scheduling, training, labor and operations management
• Working knowledge of POS, reservation, and inventory systems
• Proven leadership and team building skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and service excellence
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000 annually depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO and dining discounts.
