Generation by Osmo is seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join our creative team. This isn’t your typical design role: we’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented designer proficient in web design, email marketing, and digital campaigns. You’ll execute the day-to-day evolution of our online presence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and adept at balancing multiple projects with a collaborative, positive approach.
Key Responsibilities - Web Design: Create and execute visually compelling and user-centric designs. Support teammates through development needs. Shape and continually refine our performance and accessibility best practices.
- Email Marketing and Sales Systems: Develop templates and campaign assets for product launches, lifecycle flows, and newsletters. You will test regularly, learn from the metrics, and refine each send.
- Paid Media: Execute static, animated, and interactive assets for social, display, and dedicated landing pages. Performance data will guide your iterations.
- Fast Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years executing digital design for luxury, DTC, or high-growth startups.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Shopify, and Webflow, with hands-on experience building sites on modern CMS platforms.
- Proven record of honoring brand guidelines while elevating conversion and engagement.
- Meticulous file hygiene, clear communication, and the stamina to work on multiple live projects.
Ways to Stand out - Klaviyo (or similar), motion/interaction design, and CRO.
