Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated, private dental practice in Pearland, TX to find a RDH for their team.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. If you are passionate about oral health and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Pay for this position is $45-48 with a monthly profit sharing bonus.
Schdeule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 7:30a - 5p
Tuesdays 7:30-3:30
Friday 7:30a - 12:30p (One Friday off per month)
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health principles
- TX Dental Hygiene License
- Ability to perform patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
