Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable, skilled, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This role is essential in helping us deliver outstanding care to our patients through clinical support, patient education, and efficient workflow management. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist with a variety of procedures, maintain a safe and sterile environment, and help ensure a smooth experience for both patients and staff. We're looking for someone with a strong grasp of dental procedures and terminology, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures, including four-handed dentistry techniques. Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment according to infection control protocols. Capture and process dental X-rays while following all safety procedures. Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, including charts and digital imaging. Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling, patient check-in/out, and appointment coordination as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and post-operative care. Monitor vital signs and assist in pediatric procedures when required. Use EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for patient management and documentation. Stay informed on the latest dental terminology, procedures, and aseptic techniques. Qualifications & Experience: Prior experience in a dental clinic setting is required. Proficient in dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix). Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards. Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Knowledge of prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry is preferred. Experience with 3D dental imaging or scanners is advantageous. Basic understanding of medical coding and documentation is helpful. Russian language skills are a plus to support our diverse patient community but not mandatory.
