As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Stay up to date with company products, policies, and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience with [specific software, e.g., Zendesk or Salesforce] is a plus).
