The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have a passion for sales and personal interaction and an interest in the potential to earn a very high level of income. The job involves commercial, industrial and investment properties throughout New England.
Initially, the new broker will work directly with Stubblebine Founders/Principals on selling and leasing transactions, initiatives, and gain in-depth market experience in property valuations, sales and lease comparables, and industry trends. Ultimately, new brokers will use tools, leads, and resources provided to develop their own clients and deals.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales – Prospecting and generating new corporate buyer and seller clients
· Showing properties, preparing proposals, and negotiating transactions
· Point person for corporate, and non-corporate, clients regarding sale and/or lease of client assets
· Maintaining positive relationships team and clients to ensure high level of satisfaction
· Provide ad hoc analytical support to all business clients, as required
· Participate in presentations and preparation of proposals for existing and potential clients
Desired Skills and Experience
· A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
· 4 year bachelor’s degree required
· A passion for sales and interacting with people and an interest in real estate
· Self-starter who thrives in competitive, high energy fields and environments
· Documented track record of producing on time, high quality work products
· Display academic, practical (i.e. “common sense”) and emotional (EQ) intelligence
· Excellent interpersonal skills, experience dealing with customers
· Internship experience or prior projects that demonstrate high quality results
· Hard working and diligent with ability to effectively work independently
· Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards in all professional and personal endeavors
