Can tell you when you will be back before you leave. Can use some part time drivers too. 1500 to 3000 miles per week. Work as hard as you need too. You will talk to me everyday. No dispatchers. Have ELD trucks and non-ELD trucks. All CAT powered w/ 10 and 13 speed trans. XM radios in all trucks. Have our own shop.
