We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state of Utah! We are hiring a new Supervisor. Come join our young fun start-up as a Supervisor and go home smelling like cookies!! This is a part-time/full-time position working 3-5 days a week.  Must be able to work/close Fridays, Saturdays. Closed On Sundays.

• 18 years of age or older 
• Strong Customer service skills
• Strong sense of Proactivity
• Great attitude and self starter
• Coachable
• Previous Supervisor/Management Experience is preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

• Bake Cookies
  
• Make Frosting
• Ensure Chip Values are being upheld
• Make Schedules
• Ensure Cookie Of the Week is Prepared on time
• Coordinate with team through work group chat
• Screen Applicants and conduct interviews
• Assist the GM in Dough Production and other Manager Duties
• Run the cash register
  
• Keep Inventory and get truck orders put away
• Impeccable Customer service
  
• Upkeep the Overall cleanliness of the store

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00-$15.00 per hour Depending upon experience

Expected hours: 15-20 hours weekly
