This program is designed for new CDL-A holders and recent CDL school graduates who want stability, structured support, and real career growth not a short-term trainee seat.
Training Pay (First 46 Weeks): $650 per week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43$0.51 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded
Equipment: Assigned late-model automatic tractor after solo qualification
Drivers are paid weekly, and most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training benchmarks are met.
OTR Schedule: 1214 days out followed by a 34-hour home reset
Freight Type: No-touch dry van
Load Types: Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
Running Area: 48-state OTR after training
Home Base: Houston, TX metro region
