Your role in our mission

• Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
• Must live within the state of West Virginia
• Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
• Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7Am and 7PM Monday thru Friday
• Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
• Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
• If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working – we will pass on the candidate
• Experience in Health Care industry
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
• Understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules

What we're looking for

• Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
• Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise
• Proficient Keyboarding skills
• Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work alone and with a team
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused

• In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload . Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
