Business Analyst
Location: Remote. Collaboration from your home office based in the Eastern or Central region of the US.

What You'll Do - Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with Technical Project Managers, Strategists, UX Designers, Developers, and Architects to support digital projects and solution delivery.
- Support Requirements Gathering : Help capture and organize requirements in the form of process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to Product Vision : Assist in aligning digital solutions (CMS, eCommerce, CRM, DAM, CDP) with client goals.
- Assist with Quality Assurance : Define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Engage in Agile Practices : Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
What You Bring:
- Early Career Experience : 1-5 years in business analysis, digital project coordination, or IT consulting.
- Collaboration Skills : Comfort working with technical project managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
- CMS/DXP Platform Awareness : Familiarity with modern CMS platforms (enterprise/composable solutions preferred). Exposure to eCommerce or custom app development is a plus.
- Communication Strength : Strong writing and verbal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods and tools (e.g., Miro or Mural).
