Picture your day: you arrive, gear up with PPE, run startup checks, and bring a high-speed packaging line to life. You listen for the steady rhythm of conveyors, keep an eye on screens and indicators, and step in quickly whenever something needs attention. That’s a typical shift for a Brewery Packaging Line Technician at Mark Anthony Brewing.

What you’ll tackle day-to-day

• Safety first, always: follow all safety policies, wear required PPE, and immediately report hazards.
• Operate modern packaging equipment while adhering to GMPs and SOPs for consistent, top-tier results.
• Own product quality: perform quality checks and keep precise documentation for inventory counts, production activities, and maintenance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems to keep the line running smoothly; react with urgency to unexpected issues.
• Partner with the Packaging Lead and your teammates to hit targets and maintain standards.
• Clean as you go: sanitize machinery, equipment, and work areas to maintain a hygienic workspace.

What makes you a strong fit

• 21+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1–3 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment; prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with computers and MS Office; confident working with automated equipment.
• Reliable team player with strong work ethic, great communication, and a sense of urgency.
• Multitasks effectively and thrives when things move quickly.

Compensation and growth

• Pay Rate: $22/hour, plus the opportunity for a night shift pay differential.
