And now, we're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Sales Consultant who thrives on connection, discovery, and creative technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for new clients - from luxury homeowners to boutique hotels and everything in between.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client’s vision, lifestyle, and goals (this is about their dream, not our ego).
• Design personalized technology solutions that align with our standards of excellence and blow minds.
• Create and close proposals with integrity, clarity, and confidence.
• Work with our design and install teams to ensure we actually build what you promised (and then some).
• Stay ahead of the curve — you know what’s coming next in the industry and how to talk about it like a pro.

Who You Are:

• You have proven sales experience , ideally in the Custom Integration , Low Voltage , or AV industry.
• You know how to close - but even more importantly, you know how to listen.
• You’re comfortable talking tech, but fluent in plain English when clients need clarity.
• You’re consultative, creative, and care more about long-term relationships than one-off wins.
• You understand that what we do isn’t just about cables and code - it’s about improving people’s lives through smart design.
• Bonus points if you’ve got experience with brands like Control4, Lutron, Crestron, or similar.
