Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all restaurant operations to ensure top-notch food quality, service, and sanitation standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff to excel in their roles.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Recruit, hire, and train talented team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Management Responsibilities:

• Adjust employee schedules to ensure proper shift coverage.
• Build a pipeline of talent, nurturing future Aces, Trainers, Shift Leaders, and Managers in Training.

Leadership Qualities:

• Communicate clearly with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Resolve employee concerns and delegate tasks effectively.

Work Environment:

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Frequent interaction with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years of restaurant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with an outgoing and positive attitude.
