Job Description

Aquatic Front Desk Agent Location Orlando, FL :

Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest accounts during check-in. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong conflict-management skills, and excel in decision-making to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Provide guests with information about the center's amenities.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate billing and efficient service.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, payment transactions, and follow policies.
  • Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
