Appointment Setter – On-Site Training in Minnetonka. MN Work from Home (after training)

📍 Minnetonka, MN | 💵 $16/hr + Bonuses | ⏰ 30+ hrs/wk, flexible M–F

We’re hiring Appointment Setters to join our team in the Twin Cities metro area! Train on-site in Minnetonka for 3–4 weeks, then work remotely from home.

What You’ll Do:

• Call prospective clients
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team
• Track activity in our CRM
• Hit (and exceed!) appointment goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Prior sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Must live in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area
